The Mathematics courses will emphasise everyday practical aspects of Maths, using interactive teacher-led learning with lots of short, quick practice exercises to drive home new material. Space Station introductory classes (equivalent to Years 7 and 8) will visit topics following the National Curriculum over a two-year cycle. Creativity Centre (equivalent to Year 9) students could optionally follow courses to link in with SATs testing, or else start on Exam classes (depending on ability). Exam Tutorial Students will focus on the IGCSE system. The aims of the Maths courses are to build up Students' mathematical knowledge and understanding, applying maths concepts to solve problems.
